About the exhibition
Network Terminal looks at the emerging visual languages of creative technology as they take form through objects, images, electronics, and computational systems. The exhibition looks beyond individual works to the communities and infrastructures forming around these practices, considering new modes of artistic production, circulation, and exchange.
Across the exhibition, digital systems become physical and spatial. Memory is held within small electronic objects, online identities are reconstructed through algorithmic images, datasets are contained within sculptural devices, and global markets are translated into visual form. The works move between physical and virtual space, engaging with the ways information, images, bodies, and value circulate through technological systems.
